Young people (0 - 25)

Are you a child/young person looking for support?

Things we may be able to help you with

Our Team will be able to talk with you about your education.

We will help you think about what’s important to you, the sorts of things that may help you learn, and we can support you to share your thoughts with those who can help.

If needed, we can help you think about what you want to say to teachers and SENCOs, and if it would help, we could offer you support in some meetings, so you feel able to speak up for yourself and feel listened to.

We can explain the different ways support can be offered while you are at school or college.

We can help you to ask for more support or understand what support is possible.

We may need to speak to other people about your support, but we would discuss this with you first.

We will not

  • Make decisions for you
  • Tell you what to do
  • Talk to someone if you don't want us to

If you tell me something which makes me feel you or others are at risk, I will need to share this information with other people.
