What needs to happen?
✓ The service needs to consider other ways to gather service user feedback including the experience of the children and young people who have made contact with us.
✓ Feedback opportunities need to be more varied to try to capture the voice of service users by different means.
✓ The service will need to consider the expectations of the service user and ensure they are clear how SENDIASS can offer information, advice and support especially if their desired outcome is not within ‘our gift to give’.
✓ The Service needs to ensure confidentiality and impartiality are at the heart of every action we take and discussions we have.
