Reasons why parents contact the Service

35% of respondents said they contacted the Service for advice, 23% for information, 36.5% for support and 5.5% for help in resolving disagreements.

Most parents contacted the Service after hearing about it via Education (88.3%) 4.7% for Health related and 2.3% for social care. 4.7% stated that they came from ‘other’ sources.
