Service users were asked if they had made use of the Service Website. 62.1% of respondents found the website to be either helpful or very helpful, 36% reported they hadn’t used it. These figures show that from the respondents to the evaluation, more service users found the website helpful and made use of the site and its contents. The website now enables website users to feedback about their website experience as they make use of the site. We have not received any comments during this period.
